Solid-phase synthesis of custom peptide sequences, from research milligrams to commercial batches. Purification, lyophilization, and a per-batch Certificate of Analysis with HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, in cGMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities.

Custom peptide synthesis is the made-to-order assembly of a specific peptide sequence you provide or co-develop. Peptide Foundry runs solid-phase peptide synthesis, the Nobel-recognized method behind every modern synthetic peptide, then purifies, lyophilizes, and characterizes each lot before it ships.
We work from research-scale quantities through to commercial private-label production, so a sequence proven at the bench can scale with the same manufacturer and the same analytics. Every lot is documented with a Certificate of Analysis covering HPLC purity and mass-spec identity.
Solid-phase peptide synthesis builds a sequence one residue at a time on a solid resin, the method R. B. Merrifield won the 1984 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for. It is how research-grade and cosmetic peptides alike are made, and it is what lets us reproduce a sequence lot after lot.
After synthesis we purify by preparative HPLC and confirm the product on two axes: purity by analytical HPLC, where a minimum of 98% is the industry standard and premium lots reach 99% or higher, and identity by mass spectrometry, ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF, which verifies the exact molecular weight. The chromatogram, retention time, purity percentage, and mass-spec result are recorded on the Certificate of Analysis.
Research programs and consumer brands usually have to stitch together a synthesis house, a filler, and a testing lab, then requalify everything when they scale. We collapse that chain. The same facility that makes a research milligram batch runs the commercial batch, with continuous analytics, so a validated sequence carries its documentation forward.
For cosmetic and collagen brands, that means the active in your serum or the peptide in your formula is made and verified under one roof. For laboratory customers, it means reproducible research-grade material with a Certificate of Analysis per vial.
Research-grade peptides are supplied strictly to laboratories. For laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption, clinical, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
From research-scale milligrams through to commercial private-label batches, on the same equipment and analytics, so a sequence proven at the bench scales without changing manufacturers.
Analytical HPLC for purity, where a minimum of 98% is the industry standard and premium lots reach 99% or higher, and mass spectrometry for identity. Both results appear on the Certificate of Analysis included with every batch.
Yes. Because synthesis, purification, lyophilization, and testing happen under one roof, a validated sequence carries its documentation forward from research batch to commercial run without requalifying a new supply chain.
Research-grade peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only, with a Certificate of Analysis per vial and no consumer marketing. They are not for human consumption or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Laboratory buyers can read the terms on our research peptides page.
