This page exists so nobody has to ask twice. It states a refusal, and it says what we make instead.
Peptide Foundry does not synthesize, supply, or quote research-use-only peptides. Not in vials, not as bulk powder, not in any quantity, and not to laboratories, clinics, resellers, or brands.
If you arrived here looking for a research-chemical supplier, we are not one and we will not refer you to one. If you arrived here building a brand you intend to sell, the two lanes below are the ones we work in, and they are the ones a consumer product can lawfully occupy.
Why a "research use only" label changes nothing
Research-use-only peptides are unapproved new drugs under United States law. They have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness in people, and they cannot lawfully be sold as food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or any other consumer product. Several of the best-known ones are also prohibited in sport under the WADA list, which is a second, independent reason a brand should not be built on them.
A "research use only" or "not for human consumption" label states a molecule's regulatory status. It is not a mechanism for selling an unapproved drug, and it does not turn an unlawful transaction into a lawful one. Regulators weigh the full context of how a product is marketed, not one line of small print. Once you accept that, running a research lane alongside a consumer lane stops looking like a separation and starts looking like a doorway.
We do not keep a gated research catalogue, we do not quote sequences "for the bench", and we do not take an order that a buyer describes as research when the packaging, the volume, or the questions say otherwise. There is no qualification step you can pass here, because there is nothing on the other side of it.
The regulatory status of individual research compounds is genuinely in motion, and some of it is the subject of active rulemaking. None of that movement creates a consumer or dietary-supplement pathway today, and we do not treat news coverage or pending petitions as permission to sell. If a compound is ever approved into a lane we work in, our posture changes with the rule, on the record and not ahead of it.
What we make instead
Two lanes carry a consumer product lawfully, and a third service supports both. Everything we quote sits inside them.

- -Cosmetic peptide actives as topicals under their INCI names, including Copper Tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu)
- -Custom solid-phase synthesis of cosmetic-grade and supplement-grade material to your specification
- -Finishing and fill: powders, capsules, stick-packs, serums, creams, lyophilized vials and bulk
- -The labeling and documentation each lane legally requires
Verification and documentation
Refusing a lane does not lower the standard on the lanes we keep. Every batch is characterized before it ships, and the analytical record ships with it.

- -A Certificate of Analysis included as standard, never a paid add-on
- -Third-party analytical testing available on request
- -Batch and lot traceability from synthesis through fill
The Certificate of Analysis travels with the batch, so the material in your product matches the record behind it.
What we will not do
These are hard limits, not negotiating positions, and they apply to every buyer at every volume.
- -We do not synthesize, supply, or quote research-use-only peptides, to laboratories or to anyone else.
- -We do not sell any peptide for human consumption outside the collagen supplement and cosmetic topical lanes.
- -We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or therapeutic guidance for any unapproved compound.
- -We do not make human-use or benefit claims about any compound we decline to manufacture.
- -We do not refer buyers on to a supplier who will take the order we turned down.
What we deliberately do not make: GLP-1 drugs (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, retatrutide) and other prescription peptides are pharmaceuticals, and research-use-only compounds are unapproved new drugs. We do not manufacture, quote, or supply either in any form, to anyone, in any lane. A manufacturer that offers them as "research chemicals" is telling you how it treats every other rule too.
If you are building something we can make
Tell us what you want to launch. If it belongs in the collagen or cosmetic lane we will price it, and if it does not we will say so plainly and explain what the compliant version looks like.
