Peptide Foundry manufactures the full compliant peptide spectrum under one roof: cosmetic peptide actives for topicals, hydrolyzed collagen peptides for dietary supplements, and custom research-grade synthesis for laboratories. Every batch is HPLC-verified for purity and mass-spec-verified for identity, with a Certificate of Analysis included as standard.

A private label peptide manufacturer makes peptide products that carry your brand, from a finished serum or collagen powder to lyophilized bulk, and supplies the documentation that lets you sell them. Peptide Foundry does this across three lanes a brand can actually bring to market: topical cosmetic actives, hydrolyzed collagen dietary supplements, and custom-synthesized research-grade peptides for laboratory use.
What separates a manufacturer from a reseller is verification. We build every peptide by solid-phase synthesis or source food-grade hydrolysate, confirm it by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and ship a Certificate of Analysis with each batch. Minimum order is 500 units per SKU, and a priced quote comes back within 48 hours.

Hydrolyzed bovine, marine, and multi-collagen peptides, sold as dietary supplements under DSHEA with a Supplement Facts panel. Structure and function positioning such as supports skin elasticity and supports healthy hair and nails.

Explore laneWhat we deliberately do not make: GLP-1 drugs (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, retatrutide) and other prescription peptides are pharmaceuticals. We do not manufacture, quote, or supply them in any form, to anyone. A manufacturer that offers them as "research chemicals" is telling you how it treats every other rule too.
Peptides are one of the fastest-moving frontiers in wellness and skincare. Precedence Research values the global peptide therapeutics market at $52.59 billion in 2025, growing to $87.21 billion by 2035. Demand for peptide synthesis has followed: PharmaSource reports the peptide-synthesis market at $2.8 billion in 2025, served by more than 75 contract manufacturers, and rising toward $5.1 billion by 2035.
That heat has a downside. Much of the search volume for private label peptides points at grey-market research-chemical sellers who put benefit claims on molecules that cannot legally be sold as consumer products. Peptide Foundry takes the opposite position: we build the lanes that a brand can put on a shelf, and we are explicit about the lanes we will not touch.
Every modern synthetic peptide is assembled by solid-phase peptide synthesis, the method R. B. Merrifield won the 1984 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for. We run solid-phase synthesis in-house for custom sequences and cosmetic actives, then purify and characterize each lot.
Purity is measured by high-performance liquid chromatography, where a minimum of 98% is the accepted industry standard and premium lots reach 99% or higher. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry, ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF, which verifies the exact molecular weight against the target sequence. Both results, with the chromatogram and retention time, appear on the Certificate of Analysis we ship with every batch.
The reason most peptide suppliers pick a single lane is that each lane answers to a different regulator, and mixing them is how brands earn warning letters. We keep the lanes separate by design.
Collagen peptides are dietary supplements. Hydrolyzed collagen is covered by the FDA GRAS provision for peptones (21 CFR 184.1553), so it can be sold without pre-market approval, labeled with a Supplement Facts panel and structure and function claims such as supports skin elasticity, paired with the required disclaimer.
Cosmetic peptide actives are topicals. Under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act, the manufacturing facility registers with FDA and each product is listed, with no pre-market approval, provided the claims stay in appearance language. The moment a topical claims to change the structure or a function of the body, it becomes a drug, so our cosmetic copy stays on the look of skin.
Research-grade peptides are laboratory materials. They are supplied strictly for research use only, with no dosing, benefit, or human-use language, and never enter the consumer funnel.
This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We finish across the formats each lane needs: collagen peptide powders, capsules, stick-packs, and drink blends for the dietary supplement lane; serums in glass droppers and airless pumps, plus creams, for the cosmetic lane; and lyophilized vials or bulk powder for laboratory supply. Private-label finished goods start at a 500-unit MOQ, samples are $150 and produced in 10 to 14 days, and full production runs in 30 to 40 days from approval, so a typical brand reaches shelf in 4 to 8 weeks.
Peptide Foundry is not a drop-shipper with a storefront. It is the dedicated peptide division of Smart Sense Group LTD, a Hong Kong private-label manufacturing group with more than 17 years of experience, over 500 brands launched, and clients in more than 50 countries. The peptide lane inherits that operational spine: sourcing discipline, batch documentation, and the logistics to ship worldwide.
That track record is why we can be strict about compliance and still move quickly. We have seen what happens to brands that launch on unverified material or claims a label cannot support, and we have built the opposite: characterized product, honest positioning, and a Certificate of Analysis a retailer or regulator can read. Your name goes on the product, so the documentation behind it is not optional.
We compete on verification depth, spectrum, and compliance, not on a no-minimum race. Every Peptide Foundry value is documented and verifiable on request.

It makes peptide products under your brand and supplies the documentation to sell them. Peptide Foundry synthesizes or sources the peptide, formulates and fills the finished product, and ships a Certificate of Analysis with every batch. We cover three lanes: collagen dietary supplements, cosmetic topical actives, and custom research-grade synthesis for laboratories.
Two lanes are cleanly sellable to consumers. Hydrolyzed collagen peptides are dietary supplements under DSHEA, and cosmetic peptide actives such as Copper Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, and Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 are topicals with appearance-based claims. We tell you plainly, before you spend anything, when a peptide cannot be sold as a consumer product.
No. GLP-1 drugs and other prescription peptides are pharmaceuticals, not consumer products, and we do not manufacture, quote, or supply them in any form. A supplier that offers them as research chemicals is showing you how it treats every other rule.
Minimum order is 500 units per SKU, deliberately low so a new brand can test the market with a full Certificate of Analysis included. A priced, itemized quote returns within 48 hours of your brief.
A Certificate of Analysis with HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, plus batch and lot traceability. Collagen products carry a Supplement Facts panel and the DSHEA disclaimer; cosmetic products carry INCI declarations and appearance-based claims. Research-grade material ships with a Certificate of Analysis per vial, to laboratory buyers only.
Research-grade peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only, gated to research buyers, with a Certificate of Analysis per vial and no consumer marketing. They never enter the compliant lead funnel. Laboratory buyers can read the terms on our research peptides page.
